1 c. light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 1/2 t. vanilla
8 T. unsalted butter (melted)
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup plain M&M'S
Directions:
Directions:
Preaheat oven to 325. Spray by 8x8 pan.

Beat brown sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and melted butter. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix in 1/2 M&M'S. Pour into the pan. Sprinkle remaining M&M's over the top. Bake until top is golden brown, 20-25 mins.
