3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. milk, room temperature
1 T. vanilla
1 t. lemon extract
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beating after each one. Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk and extracts. Fold in pineapple. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan or 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350º for 65-70 minutes, until cake tests done with tester. Cool 1/2 hour before removing from pan. This recipe makes 2 dozen regular size or 5 dozen mini cupcakes.
