48 Grape Tomatoes
24 Cherry-size fresh Mozzarella Cheese Balls
48 Fresh Basil Leaves
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
*Balsamic Glaze (1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp. maple syrup, honey or brown sugar)
24 Skewers or Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
1. On each skewer, alternately thread 2 tomatoes, 1 mozzarella ball and 2 basil
leaves.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper
3. To add a * balsamic glaze, take 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar and sweetener of choice to a small saucepan and set over medium heat. Once the mixture begins to bubble, reduce the heat to medium-low heat and allow to simmer until reduced by half (about 10 min.) Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
4. When ready to serve, drizzle balsamic glaze over Caprese Salad Skewers.
