2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 stick butter
2 eggs
Guava paste
Butter, for brushing on
Sugar, for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Cut in butter; add eggs. Roll out like pie crust. Cut in 6" triangles or squares. Slice guava paste; put in center. Fold over; seal by pressing around edges with a fork. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. About 25 minutes into baking, if desired brush with melted butter and sprinkle sugar on top.
