1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
⅓ c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (9 in.) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Using a mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy for 3-5 minutes. Add condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well.

Pour filling into graham cracker crust and cover. Let set at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

**Top with cool whip and fresh strawberries (optional).
