1 qt. fresh strawberries
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. half & half
1-2 T. brandy or 2 t. coffee
Directions:
Directions:
Wash and completely dry strawberries. Let sit until room temperature. Line cookie sheet with wax paper. Microwave chocolate chips 1 minute. Stir thoroughly. Add half & half and flavoring. Dip strawberries in mixture. Should harden in 30 minutes. Refrigerate.
