Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 Tbs. Oil
Pack of Johnson Sausage, Hot or Mild
Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
14 oz. Whole Tomatoes*
14.oz Tomato Sauce
Pepperoni, 1/2 pack of slices or 1/2 of a log, cut thick, (I like to cut it thick)
2 Tbs, Oregano or Italian Spices
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Cooked Spaghetti Noodles, (don't rinse, add right to Sauce)
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

Cut Sausage into 1/2" slices
Heat Oil and cook Sausage till it loses its pinkness, remove & set aside
Cook Onions till starting to color
Add Oregano, cook 30 seconds
Add Whole Tomatoes, squish in my hands into pot, removing stem end
Add Tomato Sauce
Add in Sausage
Cook 15 minutes
And Pepperoni
Cook 15 minutes
Check if Salt and Pepper is needed
Add Spaghetti Noodles
Grated some Parmesan Cheese over

I serve this with Italian Bread
This Recipe can be doubled
I use this Sauce for Lasagna and Eggplant Parmesan
