2 lbs. ground chuck
2 c. cooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 1/2 t. Sriracha sauce
4-5 T. ketchup
1 bottle chili sauce
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except chili sauce and water. Form into 2" balls. Put in pan with deep sides. Mix chili sauce and water. If this looks like not enough sauce, you can add 8 oz. tomato sauce. Pour over porcupines. Cover; bake 45 minutes at 350º. Baste. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.

I use cooked rice because sometimes the uncooked rice doesn't soften completely. This recipe can also be used for stuffed peppers.
