Cake:
3 eggs, beat 5 mins
2/3 cup Pumpkin
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3/4 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Pie Spice
Dash of Salt

Filling:
8 oz Cream Cheese
4 tbsp of Margarine
1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Finely Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all cake ingredients together.

2. Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 375º.

3. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a cheese cloth. Turn bread onto the sugared cloth and roll. Allow to cool in roll.

4. Beat all filling ingredients together until smooth.

5. Unroll bread carefully. Remove cheese cloth.

6. Spread cream cheese mix evenly on bread.

7. Re-roll and refrigerate.
