2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
15 oz. tomato sauce
2 t. chili powder
1 t. cumin
1/2 t. salt
3 oz. cream cheese
3 c. shredded cheddar
Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, adding onion and pepper partway through. Add tomato sauce, seasonings and cream cheese; mix well. Add 2 c. cheddar. Pour in casserole dish. Top with 1 c. cheddar; bake 20 minutes at 375º until bubbly.
