Ingredients: 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk 1-1/2 cups Cold Water (I put ice cubes in water and pour off of that) 1 large box Instant French vanilla flavor pudding mix 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 bag Vanilla wafers 2 bunches Bananas

Directions: |
Directions:In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand milk and cold water with a mixer. Add pudding mix; beat well. Chill for 5 minutes (I put it in my freezer). Fold in whipping cream with mixer. Mixture should be thick. Layer bananas, wafers and pudding mixture until bowl is full, ending with pudding mixture on top and garnish with wafers. Cover and chill.
I double/triple this recipe and add a small box of instant pudding in extra to insure that it will be thick enough.
When I bring this dish to office functions I have to triple the recipe and we still run out. |

Notes: I have been making this dish for years now and it's one of my families' favorite. I am expected to bring this dish to office holiday functions and even received a marriage proposal from one of our elderly gentlemen at work when he first tried it. He is no longer with us but when I make my banana pudding I fondly think of Marty!
Oh, this is not diet food!
