8 large shrimp, shelled and deveined
20 scallops
2 pieces fish
4 oz crab meat (not imitation crab meat)
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1/2 onion sliced
1 Juice of one lemon
2 tablespoons parsley chopped fresh
4 oz havari cheese
8 oz clam juice
6 oz cream
2 cups homemade breadcrumbs or regular
breadcrubs
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup white wine

Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onion. heat a pan on medium high heat with 2 tbsp olive oil add the mushrooms & onion
cook for 3 minutes. set to the side.
Saute the fish 2 minutes per side. set aside. saute the scallops and shrimp for 3 minutes. set aside.
In a sauce pot heat 3 tbsp butter & 3 tbsp flour and whisk add wine, cream keep whisking now add clam juice,
lemon juice, parsley, cheese, salt & pepper keep whisking until smooth take off heat. if the sauce is to thick just
add a little water.
If you use homemade breadcrumbs melt 3 tbsp butter mix with the breadcrumbs and season.
Get two individual casserole dish and divide the ingredient evenly between the dishes don't forget the crab meat.
pour the sauce over the top cover with the breadcrumbs and bake on 350 for 20 minutes.
