Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 2 c. Bisquick mix 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz.) 1 c. pecans chopped.

Directions:1. Heat oven to 350º F. In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg. Add Bisquick mix; beat on low speed until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
2. Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set on edges and golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling racks.
Store cookies in an airtight container to ensure freshness.
If baking with kids, let them add their favorite add ins - chocolate candy, peanut butter chips or coconut to name a few! |
