6 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 T. Italian seasoning
sliced onion (see note below)
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. grated parmesan
2 c. pizza sauce
2 c. shredded mozzarella
pepperoni slices (see note below)
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with onions, 1 c. mozzarella, parmesan and pizza sauce. Top with another cup of mozzarella, pepperoni and then rest of mozzarella. Bake at 350º until heated through - but don't let it boil, or it may separate. Serve with bread sticks, soft pretzels, veggie dippers or tortilla chips.

You don't have to do either of these things, but this is what we do: For the onions - We toast them a bit so they aren't still raw in the dip. We spray a pan, put a thin layer of separated onion rings on it, spray them, and toast till starting to brown. For the pepperoni - We partially cook the pepperoni first so the dip isn't greasy. We line a plate with paper towels, add a layer of pepperoni, and cover with another paper towel. Microwave 1-2 minutes.
