2 c. milk
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. yeast
2 c. warm water
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
12 c. flour, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, Crisco and sugar in tupperware bowl in microwave for 3 minutes on high. In separate bowl stir together yeast, warm water, sugar and salt until dissolved. Add yeast mixture to heated mixture along with beaten eggs. Stir in 9 cups flour until smooth - add 3 cups more flour. Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled. Make into bierocks, cinnamon rolls or crescent rolls. Let rise for 30-45 minutes. Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.
