CRUST:
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. GF Flour Blend
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2nd LAYER:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1/2 large Cool Whip

3rd LAYER:
2 sm. pkgs. instant choc. pudding
3 c. milk
TOPPING:
1/2 large Cool Whip
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
FOR CRUST: Mix well. Pat in an 8x8 pan. Bake at 300º for 10-15 minutes, until set. Cool. 2nd LAYER: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Stir in Cool Whip. Spread over crust. 3rd LAYER: Mix pudding mix and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill to set. TOPPING: Spread Cool Whip on top; sprinkle with nuts.

Several people submitted this recipe! There were only a few recipes that more than one person submitted, and this was the ONLY recipe that had more than two people who submitted it!

I'm sure any of us born before 1980 remember having this multiple times in the late 70's! We all enjoyed it until it was banned from family gatherings and Sunday dinners (and any other time!) by Mimi! She still almost gags when Chocolate Delight is mentioned! But seeing as some of us still enjoy it - she consented to allow it to be put in this cookbook! I'm glad, because it brings back good memories for me! Enjoy!
