2 c. GF Flour Blend
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 T. cocoa
4 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/2 t. xanthan gum
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
4 t. vanilla
TOPPING:
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
3 1/2 c. boiling water
Ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and xanthan gum. Whisk in milk, oil and vanilla. Pour in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and cocoa over the top. Gently pour boiling water over - DO NOT STIR. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, until toothpick near center (but not down into sauce) comes out clean. To serve: put a piece of cake in a bowl, top with ice cream, then spoon sauce over it.
