3 lbs. chicken pieces
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 T. chicken flavor instant bouillon
1/2 t. oregano (optional)
1 c. unsifted flour
1-2 t. paprika
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine buttermilk, bouillon, and oregano; let stand 10 minutes. Stir. Add chicken; stir to coat. Let stand 30 minutes. In plastic bag, combine flour and paprika. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time; shake to coat. Place in 13x9 inch baking dish; drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until golden.

Tip: For fried chicken, omit melted margarine; fry in vegetable oil.
