3 lbs. chicken breast
8 oz. thin spaghetti
1 stick butter
4 T. flour
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 c. real sour cream
1 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 c. lemon juice (1 oz.)
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
1 T. dry mustard
1 t. salt

Boil chicken in seasoned water. Debone and chop. Save one cup of broth for sauce. Break spaghetti into thirds & cook in broth. SautÚ mushrooms in 1/2 stick butter & set aside. Melt 1/2 stick butter and blend in flour. Add whipping cream and 1 cup broth. Cook until thickened. Combine remaining ingredients and add to whipping cream mixture. Mix all ingredients and put in 3 quart flat casserole dish. Top with additional cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350║.
