1 package regular active dry yeast
2 cups warm water (105°F to 115°F)
4 cups Gold Medal™ self-rising flour
¾ cup butter, melted
¾ cup chopped fresh chives
½ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 24 regular-size muffin cups with shortening or
cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, stir together yeast and warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling three-fourths full.
3. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to cooling
racks. Serve warm
