2 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1 (16-oz.) cans refried beans
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
½ cup sour cream
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 (16 oz.) can of black beans, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ pint (about 1 c) cherry tomatoes, quartered
Tortilla chips for serving

1. Preheat oven to 350°. In an 8-inch deep casserole, spread both packages of cream cheese on the bottom. Next, add the can of refried beans and the taco seasoning over the cream cheese. The next layer is the sour cream and green onions. Add the black beans and top with the cheddar cheese and tomatoes.

2. Bake until warmed through and cheese is melty, about 25 minutes.

3. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
