2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
l cup sugar, divided
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 tbsp. lemon zest
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup blueberries

1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Combine flour, lemon zest, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Beat butter and sugar (reserve 1 tbsp) with mixer until light and fluffy
4. Blend in sour cream and eggs.
5. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well after each addition.
6. Pour into 9 inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with blueberries and reserved sugar.
Bake 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

I thought 55 minutes was a little long as it tended to be more dry than I like. Check on it after about 50 minutes and it might be a little more moist.
