2 lbs. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
32 oz. tater tots
8 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat and onion. Add soup, 1 can of water, salt and pepper. Put in casserole dish. Add cheddar cheese and tater tots. Mix well. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes (after 20 minutes put mozzarella on top).
