4 1/2 c .sugar
12 oz. evaporated milk
1/2 t. salt
7 oz. marshmallow fluff
2 sticks butter, softened
1 t. vanilla
36 oz. chocolate chips
2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13 pan with parchment, with ends overhanging the pan. In medium pot, bring sugar, milk and salt to boil over medium-high heat. Cook and stir 7 minutes. In a large bowl, mix marshmallow fluff, butter and vanilla; add chocolate chips. Pour boiling syrup over this; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Pour in pan; spread evenly. Chill 30 minutes before cutting.

We had not made this before but Janet decided to try it yesterday. It was really good, creamy and so easy. I have been ordering See's candy for probably 40 years or more, but never ordered their fudge.
