Creamy Peanut Butter ¼ C.
Butter, melted ¼ C.
Applesauce ⅓ C.
Egg 1 lg.
Skim Milk ¾ C.
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp.
Brown Sugar, packed 1 C.
Rolled Oats 2 C.
White Whole Wheat or Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 1 C.
Baking Powder 1 tsp.
Cinnamon ½ tsp.
Salt ¼ tsp.
Fresh Blueberries or Blackberries 1¼ C.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Combine peanut butter, applesauce, egg, milk, vanilla and brown sugar in a large bowl.
Combine oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in another bowl, mixing until well combined.
Add peanut butter mixture and mix well.
Gently fold in berries.
Spoon batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting into bars.
