6 eggs - beaten
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat popover pan in 450 degree oven while making the batter

Mix all above ingredients together by hand

Take heated popover pan out of oven (carefully)

Spray popover pan with cooking spray

Fill batter 3/4 full

Bake 15 minutes at 450 degrees, reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake another 15 minutes

DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR WHILE BAKING!

Remove popovers from pan, Enjoy warm!
