2 pounds Brussels sprouts
4 tablespoons butter
2 cloves chopped garlic
˝ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup red wine or apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and chop the Brussels sprouts into thin slices. Heat the butter in a pot. Add the Brussels sprouts, garlic and onion and sauté until tender (about 10 minutes). Add salt, pepper, vinegar and brown sugar.

Continue to toss until the sugar is dissolved. Total cooking time, approximate 30 minutes. Will serve 8.
