1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. butter
2 T. light Karo syrup
1 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Bring all except chocolate chips to a boil; stir constantly. Simmer 5 minutes; remove from heat; stir in chips. Beat until smooth. Cool until spreadable. Frosts a 9x13 cake.
