¼ tsp. cinnamon

1 cup rice (soaked in hot water and drained)
2 lbs. hamburger

Cabbage or grape leaves for rolling
1 can stewed tomatoes for cooking

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cabbage leaves or grape leaves (remove thick parts) and cover with boiling water. This makes the leaves pliable to work with.

Combine ingredients and roll in leaves (shape like a finger or cigar). Place in covered casserole dish with 1 can of stewed tomatoes.

Bake in oven at 350º for 1 hour.

Check on it after 30 minutes to make sure there is enough moisture for the rice to cook. If needed add more water or tomatoes.

Enjoy!
