1 lb elbow Macaroni
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
4 cups milk
16 oz shredded cheese (4 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions
2. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, melt butter
3. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg
4. Stir in milk until smooth
5. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat
6. Stir in cheese until melted. Add cooked pasta and toss until well blended
7. Serve immediately
