Ingredients: 1 cup Herdez salsa verda mild chipotle pepper in adobo sauce adobo all purpose hot seasoning to taste 3 green onion 1 onion 1 red and green pepper 2 plum tomato 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 3 garlic sliced thin 1 lb chicken sliced into strips (boneless chicken thighs or tenderloin) 1 lb steak sliced into strips 1/2 lb Large shrimps Flour tortillas oilve oil or cooking spray jalapeno (optional) Toppings: queso blanco, sour cream, guacamole

Directions:On this recipe make sure you prep all your ingredient first. cut your onion & bell pepper into strips. cut you tomatoes into quarters. cut your green onion in half. slice your garlic. chop your cilantro. cut your chicken & steak into strips.
season your onion, bell pepper, tomatoes with the all purpose season set aside. season your chicken & steak with the chipotle pepper in adobo and all purpose season set aside.
now in a cast iron skillet saute your veg's set aside. saute your chicken, shrimps and steak set aside.
In a pot big enough for all the ingredient put all the ingredient into the pot pour the salsa verde over the ingredient with chop cilanto and chipotle pepper. bring to a simmer taste adjust season.
To heat your tortillas coat your pan with cooking spray or oil to prevent the tortillas from sticking. Assemble like a taco or serve over rice. |
