Crust:

1 1/2 c. potato flakes
8 oz. sour cream
2/3 c. water

Filling:

2 lbs. ground beef
2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Toppings:

1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4-1/2 c. chopped olives
2 c. slightly crushed nacho tortilla chips
taco sauce, if desired
Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. While crust is baking, prepare filling.

Filling: Brown beef & drain. Add seasoning mix and water, return to boil; reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Spread over baked crust, sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Layer on toppings in amounts to suit taste; cut into squares.
