Crust:
2 Cups Self-rising Flour
2 Sticks Margarine, melted
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
Filling:
8 oz Cream Cheese
2½ Cups Powdered Sugar
1-8 oz Cool Whip

4 Cups Fresh Peaches

Topping:
1 Cup Sugar
4 Tbsp Flour or Cornstarch
4 Tbsp Peach Jello
1 Cup Water

Crust:
Mix flour, margarine and chopped nuts together. Spread in a 9x12 or larger baking dish. Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes until light brown. Cool completely.
Filling:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip together. Spread on crust.

Spread peaches over filling.

Mix sugar, flour and jello well. Stir in water. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Cool completely. Pour over peaches and refrigerate. Flavor seems better if it sits overnight.

Can use strawberries and strawberry jello
