Brownies:
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Self Rising Flour
4 Eggs
4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1⅓ Cups Wesson Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla Flavoring
2 Cups Pecans, chopped
Dash of Salt

Icing:
½ Stick Butter
½ Box of Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Evaporated Milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla Flavoring

Directions:

Brownies:
Mix all together in large bowl. Pour in a greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.

Icing:
Melt butter. Add powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in enough evaporated milk to spread. Put in microwave for 1 min. Add vanilla flavoring. Spread on brownies while hot.
