1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
½ c mayonnaise
1 c parmesan cheese
⅛ tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Drain artichoke hearts and chop or mash with fork. Add the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla, pita chips or crackers.
