Ingredients:  
1 stick margarine or butter
1 onion, chopped
1½ C uncooked rice
1 can beef consomme
1 can water
1 can mushrooms or fresh

Directions:
Directions:
In 4-qt pot melt butter. Brown chopped onion and rice. Add the beef consomme and water. Put in casserole dish and bake uncovered in pre-heated 350º oven for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Top with cooked mushrooms.
