Personal Notes:
My mom used to make this. I'm not sure if that's dried minced onion or fresh.

Another version:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 cups salmon, drained
¼ tsp. liquid smoke
2 T. finely grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
½ tsp. salt

Blend all ingredients together in bowl and mix well. Chill for a couple hours and make a ball or log. Roll in finely chopped pecans and fresh parsley and chill. It freezes well for what you don’t use.
