3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
9” pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add sugar. Blend in corn syrup and nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes (until a tooth pick comes out clean).

Rum Sauce:
½ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup light rum
2 t. vanilla

Melt butter. Stir in sugar and corn syrup. Cook until sugar melts. Remove from heat and add rum and vanilla.
