1 ½ cups soft bread crumbs
¾ cup milk
4 T. butter
3 T. onion, finely chopped
1 lb. ground beef
¼ t. nutmeg
1 ½ t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 egg
¼ cup flour
1 cup bouillon (make ahead and cool)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter. Soak the bread crumbs in the milk. Mix everything together. Form mixture into balls (roughly the size of walnuts). Brown meatballs in butter. Simmer meatballs for 30 minutes in sauce made with ¼ cup of flour and 1 cup of beef bouillon.

Serve over egg noodles.
