10-12 lb. turkey
1 cup Morton Tender Quick salt
½ cup liquid smoke
¼ cup canning salt
1 gallon water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak turkey in mixture for 24-36 hours in a 5 gallon pail. Bake turkey at 350 for 1 hour. Turn oven down to 250 and roast approximately 5-6 hours more (depending on size of turkey).
