2 lbs ground chuck
1/2 lb ground pork
2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
1/2 cup parmesan grated cheese (real not processed)
1 tablespoon olive oil (to oil the foil)
2 garlic cloves (chopped fine)
1 onion (minced)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly; let stand 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Shape into medium-sized meatballs. Place on foil on a cookie sheet and bake in a 400 oven for 30 minutes.
Gently place in your own hot spaghetti sauce and cook on medium-low heat for one hour. Do not boil simmer.
The meatballs can be placed in the sauce without cooking in the oven, place in the sauce and cook on a low simmer until done.
