1 pound ground beef
1 pound ilalian sausage, remove casing
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chooped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 14.5 oz can diced tomato
1 14.5 oz can whole tomato
1 16 oz can chili kidney beans spicy
1 16 oz can chili pinto beans spicy
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 can beer
2 cups water
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
1 6 oz can tomato paste
2 teaspoons oregano
1 packet mild chili season mix
2 tablespoons chili power
1 tablespoon mexican chili power
1 teaspoon ground chipotle

Directions:
Directions:
Add the olive oil to a large soup pot and place it over medium-high heat for two minutes. Add the ground beef and
Italian sausage to the pot. Break it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for 6-7 minutes, until the beef is browned,
stirring occasionally. Drain the beef mixture .
Add the onions and peppers and saute until soft, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and saute for about 1 mintues.
Add the cumin,salt,oregano,chili season mix,chili power,mexican chili power, and ground chipotle. cook about 2
mintues. Add tomato paste and chili sauce stir in.
Add the beer,water, and beef bouillon cube bring to a simmer and add your tomatoes and beans.
Simmer for about 2 hours Not boil.

Make sure you use fresh chili power. If you don't like spicy just use regular beans
