2 Tbs. Dijon mustard
3 to 6 pork chops
1 large onion, sliced thin
3 Tablespoons flour
1 ½ cups chicken broth
¾ cup cream
1 tsp. dill
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mustard on pork chops and brown in margarine in electric fry pan. Remove pork chops and brown onion in pan. (Add more butter or margarine if necessary.) Add flour and stir around. Add rest of ingredients. Place pork chops in pan. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until done. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice and use sauce for gravy.
