Marinade:
1 cup sour cream
4 or more cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 chicken, cut up
All­purpose white flour
Frying oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Dredge the chicken in flour and chill 2 hours. If needed, re-­dredge and re-­chill chicken.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 inch of frying oil.

When hot, brown the chicken on all sides.

Put the chicken on a baking sheet and bake until tender, 45 minutes
