¾ cups semisweet chocolate chips (or m&ms)
½ cup butter, softened
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ cups oats, quick cooking

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13” pan with cooking spray. Cream butter with peanut butter; beat in sugar, egg and vanilla.

Mix flour, baking soda and salt into peanut butter mixture. Stir in oats. Press about ¾ of the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Crumble remaining peanut butter mixture over the melted chocolate. Bake for about 20 minutes.
