3 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 Tbsp salt
8 Tbsp butter, cold and cubed

Directions:
Directions:
1. In the bowl of a standing mixer, add flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Add the cold, cubed butter and using the paddle attachment, mix the ingredients together on low until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
3. Alternatively, you can combine the ingredients using a pastry blender, two forks or your fingers.
**Don't let mixture warm-if butter softens/melts, recipes will not turn out!
4. Store the baking mix in the fridge or the freezer, for up to 3 months.
