3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 Tbsp salt
8 Tbsp butter, cold and cubed

Traditional Method
1. Add the flour, baking powder, & salt to large bowl
2. Mix until all dry ingredients thoroughly mixed
3. Add in the vegetable shortening and cut in using Pastry Blender until the mixture resembles cornmeal.
**Don't use hands-like pie crust-heat from hands softens/melts shortening changing (negatively) how mixture acts during baking

Food Processor Method
1. Add the flour, baking powder, & salt to food processor
2. Pulse ingredients for about 15 seconds.
3. Add in the vegetable shortening and Pulse the processor until the mixture resembles cornmeal.

Storage
Place homemade Bisquick into an airtight container and store within the refrigerator for up to 3 months. Freezer?
