2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, Karo and water until syrup spins a thread (230º-234º). While syrup is cooking, beat egg whites until stiff. Pour hot syrup slowly into egg whites while beating with mixer on high. Beat until it loses its shine. Add vanilla and nuts. Quickly drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper.
