1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 large avocados, mashed
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 large tomato, chopped
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey jack
1 c. sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Mix refried beans, cumin, and garlic powder together. Layer on bottom of 8 by 8 inch pan. Mix avocado, lemon juice, and grated onion (can use frozen or canned avocado dip) and layer on top of refried beans. Mix together sour cream and taco seasoning. Layer on top of avocado in the following order: sour cream mixture, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, tomato, green onion, and olive. Serve with taco chips.

Could add shredded lettuce and put in after the sour cream mixture, but before the cheese layers.
