1 large baking potato per person
butter
salt
pepper
garlic powder
fresh garlic, chopped, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Score potatoes, making lengthwise slits and widthwise slits, but not through the bottom of the potato. Spread butter; then add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake 40-45 minutes at 450º. Optional: When potatoes are almost done, sprinkle fresh garlic on each potato; bake 5-10 minutes until garlic is light brown.
